Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Future Collective | The Shift Code.
We value your trust and want your experience to be transparent and satisfying. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital downloads—including e-books, journals, PDFs, guides, and manifestation tools—are final sale once delivered.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued after the download link or file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact info.theshiftcode@gmail.com with your order number, and we will re-send your purchase or help you regain access.

2. Shopify Store Orders (Physical & Print-on-Demand Items)

Our merchandise—such as apparel, mugs, wall art, and other physical products—are made-to-order and produced specifically for you at the time of purchase.

Return & Refund Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To qualify:

  • Contact info.theshiftcode@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Use the subject line: “Order Issue – [Your Order Number]”.

Once approved:

  • A replacement or refund (to the original payment method or store credit) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Amazon Affiliate Purchases

Products purchased through Amazon affiliate links on our site are fulfilled and managed entirely by Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s own return and refund policies.

If you purchased an Amazon-linked product:

  • Please visit Amazon’s Return Center or contact Amazon Customer Service directly to start a return or refund request.
  • We do not have access to your Amazon order details or the ability to process returns on your behalf.

4. Other Affiliate Partners (Non-Amazon)

We also partner with other trusted retailers and affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Books-A-Million, House of Intuition, HerbsPro, etc.).

For these purchases:

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled solely by the retailer through whom you placed the order.
  • Please refer to the specific store’s Return & Refund Policy on their website.
  • We are not responsible for delays, shipping issues, or refund processing by third-party vendors.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: shipping costs are covered by us.
  • Non-defective or unauthorized returns: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production has not yet started.
After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact info.theshiftcode@gmail.com immediately if you need assistance.
